Versa Lite display not working

Versa lite won’t do anything. Screens will eventually show but won’t let me go into settings or anything. Won’t sync with phone, keeps saying retry! Guess I need to activate warranty.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To resolve this situation, I recommend you to try our restart process following the next steps:

 

  1. For Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
