Hi I had a Versa lite that stopped working just a black screen. Spoke to the support team who sent me a replacement. The replacement will not sync with my phone or I pad. I have tried multiple times. It says update firmware....the it won’t recognise my watch. I have tried switching Bluetooth on and off. Restarting my phone. Deleting and reinstalling app. Updating everything and nothing seems to work. Please help very frustrated 😟
