Versa Lite does not complete update

I bought on Ebay....trying to do an update and cannot complete as keeps crashing. Keeps saying something about data and sync and try again? Tried everything to get it working  and cannot figure out what is going on?

Hi @Janyce74 -  one thing you can try is to logout of the Fitbit App, clear the storage cache, and force stop the App for Android, remove the Bluetooth entry, restart both watch and phone.

 

When you login to the App again, click the profile photo and "+ Set up a Device"
