Versa Lite doesn't sync

Red X with circle around it, data not cleared sync and try again comes up on watch face., then the screen goes dark. Can't do ANYTHING with the watch. It's a versa lite

Try

Have a look at the advice given here

In the phones Bluetooth forget or unpair the device

 

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Device photo [middle left]

Click on remove icon [top right]

Restart the watch

Click + Set up a device

Follow the installation instructions
