Over Christmas we had 3 new fitbits opened in our home. Through the process of setting them up my Versa Lite was disconnected from my phone. When I figured out what was happening I reconnected it only to realize it's no longer counts my hour or daily steps or my SpO2.
I've tried manual restarting, disconnecting, "replacing" with my same fitbit. All the things suggested.
Does anyone have extra insight?

Hello, @Pirateshipmom I'm glad to see you in the community, welcome!
Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the tracking of your steps and SpO2 on your Versa Lite.
Low-power step sensors inside your phone track your steps and send the data to the Fitbit app, so it depends on how you wear the device too, you can check this article to know more about this.
Also, can you let me know if you can see the green LED lights in the back of the Versa Lite? They need to be on.

Like I said, I've done ALL the things. My fitbit is secure on my wrist, I have it properly set in setting, the green light/sensor is lit. My SpO2 has been reading -- on the screen, hourly steps read NaN, and daily steps read undefined.

I am having the same problem. My Versa Lite only registered 3,186 steps yesterday when it read over 5,200 before I went to bed last night. Everything else seems to be working but the accurate step counting.
