My husband has a versa Lite and has been using it for the last two months no problems. Today it gave him a red x on the screen with a message saying no data. We restarted it, same message appears. We unpaired it and removed it from his account. We tried to add it like a new device and it gets stuck on the updating screen. Help!
He has a Samsung Android phone.

Correction: the message with the X says "Data not cleared. Sync & try again"

No we had to warranty the watch back
