Versa Lite exercise icon not working

When I press the exercise button on the screen, nothing happens. It brings me back to the screen with the four icons. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Is your Versa Lite running the latest Fitbit OS firmware version? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device and let me know if the issue persists.
