My fitbit versa lite is draining fast ,after changing 100% it only stay upto 7-8 hours , even I'm not using it still after 100% charging it's will fully discharge in 9 hrs ,pls suggest me what should I do?

Hi @Abha_b , restart your Versa three times by pressing and holding the button untill the Fitbit logo appears and release the button. If that does not solve your battery problem, call Customer Support and ask for a battery test. Regards kuzibri

Hello Juanjo ,
Thanks for your support I tried all the settings and restart Fitbit 3 times as well but unfortunately nothing really happened situations are nearly same.
Pls suggest me what should I do next.
