“My varsa lite is displaying Data not cleared sync and try again with red x when I am trying to firmware update.”

@301060dd, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the firmware update can't be completed.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, run the firmware update again and see if the issue gets fixed.
