Please help after factory reset i am struggling to download firmware and it is taking forever and failing every time.

Regarding the firmware update issue that your Versa Lite is experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat and email. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you managed to get the issue resolved.
