Not connecting 😕

Got a versa yest set up Al OK saying I'm paired and WiFi was connected OK.... But it won't connect... Tried loads still no joy.. Any ideas???

It's a Huawei p20.... Let's me know calls r cumin thru 2 said it was
connected 2 my WiFi 2 but its not

The P20 is not on the Supported Devices List  and that could well be why you are having problems. 

Try all the suggestions in THIS Help Artcle on syncing issues. If youbare still having problems tjen maybe try Customer Support and see if they can help you
