Hello Fitbit Support, recently bought a Versa Lite and tried to set it up, but unfortunately I was not able to install the first update that the mobile Apps were asking me to do. Firmware Version as shown in the apps is 6.1.1 - First I tried Android, the pairing works but the first update would fail, meaning that it would simply show the updating status but after multiple hours of wait no further progress. Tried with iOS several times and letting the update run overnight, but max update progress was about 30% when it stalled and no further progress even after multiple hours of waiting. On Windows 10 with the app from the Microsoft store I am not even getting the update notification for the Firmware, so could you get back it to me and let me know if there is another way to update the Firmware via Windows 10?
