Versa not scrolling a all. tried factory reset still not scrolling. contacted Fitbit and they told me it had been replaced and out of warranty. Fitbit versa had not been replaced at all which I pointed out. then told to pair with another phone, question then arose how willl that solve the issue of scrolling. yet again was told it was a error on Fitbit parts regarding scrolling they cannot help any advice or tips please

ok just to let you know versa stated scrolling again and managed to do a factory reset again and this time it worked but not much help or support from Fitbit at all.
