My Fitbit Versa Lite is not tracking my BPM consistently. When on my wrist it’s showing blank at times. I’m also having issues with the touchscreen a bit, towards the bottom half.

Regarding the heart rate and touchscreen issues that your Versa Lite has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone and email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
