Versa Lite heart rate data is not accurate

Has anyone else experienced issues with versa lite and tracking heart rate? I love mine and only have it 6 months after upgrading from charge 2. Yesterday heart rate went sky high which meant active minutes among other things were not a true reading. After speaking with support I reset the fitbit to no avail so then restored it to factory settings and now it wont reconnect to the app? It's been syncing for about 8 hours and the blue line isn't even half way across..I know from setting up Fitbit before this is normally pretty instant. In these current times I completely know it's not life or death but I did spend nearly €200 only 6 months ago and nobody seems to know what they can do to help. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

I'm sorry to hear about the heart rate accuracy issue that your Versa Lite experienced. I totally understand how you feel about this. By the way, thank you for trying the recommended troubleshooting steps.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
