Versa Lite + iPhone 11

I apologize if this has been posted, I didn’t see anything matching.

I had a Google Pixel 4 and my Versa Lite wouldn’t sync right to it, and come to find out, there was no support for it to a Pixel. I recently got rid of my Pixel for an iPhone 11 and I can’t get it to sync still.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app and let Bluetooth turn on on its own. I found that in here and that did nothing. Holding the VL side button until the static logo pops, letting go and holding it again doesn’t do any good. Deleting the VL from the app and re-adding doesn’t do anything. It just says it’s updating and the furthest it has made it is around 65%.

I’m officially stuck. Does the VL work on the iPhone 11? Am I missing something that would make it sync, update and work?

It should work with the IPhone 11. Is the old phone nearby? If so, let's turn it off.

Also when switching phones the user does not need to or should remove the tracker from the app and the fitbit account.

Where you able to connect the Versa Lite to your fitbit account? This step can be done through any phone.

The old phone is nowhere nearby, so that’s definitely not an issue. The app picks up the Versa Lite and I get the code to connect it to my phone, but it doesn’t make it through the update and it won’t work.
