my versa lite has worked for over 2.5 years, i haven't done a thing to it. all of a sudden the screen won't shut off. it appears off/blank, but you can see a dim glow telling me it remains on and is draining what battery power is in it. the screen does not appear either when it is being charged, the regular face shows with the little battery charging in the upper left corner. normally when i charge it, the whole screen tells me it's charging and what the current charge is. i updated to the latest software as normal, still doing the same thing. I factory reset it and it is still doing the same thing. is it trash now? is this a battery charge issue? is this a screen issue? or is there something i can do to save it?
