Versa Lite is losing steps after syncing

Loosing steps when syncing. Sometimes after multiple syncs I get them back but not always.

Hello there @Rblazer, it's nice to see you around the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about your Versa Lite losing steps after syncing. 

We've fixed the issue about the steps disappearing. Just note that the steps or any other data that was lost during this time of the ongoing issue, will not return. If you remember the exact amount of steps or the name of the activity you performed, you can try manually logging the activity. For more information, see: Can I add an activity manually to my Fitbit account?

If you're experiencing any syncing difficulties with your device, please report it to me or contact our Support team for more options.
