My Fitbit versa is deducting/losing steps when I sync. I have an iPhone 11 and just updated to the latest IOS update. I have reset the versa about five times, restored back to factory settings, logged out of the fitbit app then back in, removed it fully and then reinstalled and this is still happening every day this week. I did about 12k steps on Monday and when I synced, it dropped to 4 in my app home screen and my actual versa watch screen. Can anyone help?

Hello there @Wheel_Gemma, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about your Versa losing steps after syncing. I appreciate you've taken the time to troubleshoot the inconvenient prior to posting here.
We've fixed the issue about the steps disappearing. Just note that the steps or any other data that was lost during this time of the ongoing issue, will not return. If you remember the exact amount of steps or the name of the activity you performed, you can try manually logging the activity. For more information, see: Can I add an activity manually to my Fitbit account?
If you're experiencing any syncing difficulties with your device, please report it to me or contact our Support team for more options.
