Versa capabilities

Hi, I'm new to the Fitbit community and am having some issues with syncing my Versa to my android phone. I found myself having to restart my phone several times to get it to fully download information from my Versa. I also thought the Versa could pick up my oxygen sats while I slept. My daughters does and she has a Versa, also. But, she downloads to an IPhone. Is that the difference? Also, I picked up the Premium subscription, while she does not. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

Actually, when I spoke to Customer Service earlier today, they said that
although my phone was not on the "compatible" list, it should not pose a
problem. And, the Fitbit has synced with my phone. The question I have now
is why I'm not getting the oxygen saturation readout on my phone? Doesn't
seem like that should be an issue with my phone...
