My versa lite watch says it is 10:13 pm and it is really 10:24 pm. I have synced it and changed the watch faces and nothing is working to correct the time. I have no idea how to resolve this. Help!!

Hi there @shannonboat, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about your Versa Lite that is losing time and for the steps you've tried so far in order to fix this issue.
I've seen that you contacted our Support Team to report about this issue and they helped you to get it solved. If you've exhausted all troubleshooting steps to fix your watch and contacted our team but you continue having issues with the time on your watch, please get in touch with them again so they can further assist you.
However, keep in mind that your Versa Lite may be showing an incorrect time since it hasn't synced yet or if it hasn't been properly paired to your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with.
To see when was the last time your watch synced or check if it's still paired to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
If your watch is unpaired, please set it up again by following the steps at: How do I set up my Fitbit device?. On the other hand, if your watch has not recently synced, follow these troubleshooting steps: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Let me know if there's anything else I may do for you in the meantime.
