Versa Lite is losing time

Versa lite loses time. I will sync it every morning and within 6 hours it's already lost an hour. By the next morning it's 2 and a half hours behind. I have done factory rest, updates.. everything.. it is only 5 months old. Really disappointing.

Hi @Rvtiger88, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the syncing and time issue that your Versa Lite has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

The time may be off due to the syncing issue. I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

Finally, monitor your watch during the next 48 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hi,

Thanks for the information.

The syncing isn't an issue. It's syncs fine it is that once I disconnect it from the Bluetooth as it drains the battery it loses time.

Since my last sync, at 8pm last night, my Fitbit is now 95 minutes behind the actual time. (14 hours later).
