Hi. My Versa Lite 2 has suddenly stopped working. I took it off to take a shower, went back to it and the screen was black. No matter how many times I pressed the button it did nothing. I put it on charge (although I knew it didn't need charging) and once again absolutely nothing happened. I'm totally puzzled.

In addition to the steps you've done so far, I suggest trying the following:
If the above steps don't work, I'd suggest performing a restart by following the steps below (please remove your Versa Lite from your phone's Bluetooth before performing this step):

Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.

Hi. I'm sorry to say that your answer has done nothing to help me. I have pressed the button, held it in for 10 seconds, 20 seconds and there is no activity at all. No vibration, nothing on the screen, nothing at all. 😭
