Hi, i have a Versa Lite which has been working ok since i bought it about 2 months ago. Recently it stopped syncing with my phone (Samsung A5). I no longer get any kind of messages, won't stay linked with my phone. i tried turning it off and on again, turned my phone off, turned both devices off and on. Took it back to factory and deleted the app off my phone. Downloaded app again. It started an update that took about 17hrs. Today the watch is dead, blank screen, won't turn on. I am very disappointed.

The Samsung A5, however, is NOT on the list of Approved Devices.
