I have done multiple restarts and a factory reset to get the heart monitor and the step tracker to begin working again. The motion display does not work either. And my battery is only lasting 3 days or so, when it used to be about 5 days. I am so frustrated and miss my watch! I love my Versa Lite. I have barely had it 6 months, so I hope someone has a solution for me! Thank you.

Hi. I'm also having major issues. Can't!/won't sync. Time is just under 30 minutes behind. I can't get it to pair. I gave done a factory reset, deleted device and app. Re added both back. I had the same issue at the start of the year, and Fitbit ended up sending me a new "pebble".

Exactly what is happening to me. None of my devices will recognize my Fitbit I'm Bluetooth. After some time with support today, I'm ready to go with something NOT Fitbit!
