Versa Lite keeps blinking with Fitbit logo

This morning I started to update my versa lite from the app. The update never finished. Now my versa lite is blinking with the logo and is not responsive.

 I tried the factory reset. Didn’t work. Any other suggestions?

Thanks for letting me know about your Versa Lite and the steps tried on your own. Nice way to start! To work on this together, please give a try to the following steps so we can reconnect your watch to your account and proceed with the firmware update:

 

  1. Remove the Versa Lite from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby. This is just for this process.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone:
    For iOS devices, check this article.
    For Android devices, check this article.
  4. Perform a regular restart on your Versa Lite and leave it plugged in.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile's icon > set up a device.
  6. Select your Versa Lite and follow the onscreen instructions.

 

If the issue persists, please provide me with your phone's model and OS version. Also, let me know the error message displayed on the app. These details will help me to investigate further.
