I got my versa lite for Christmas. For the first month it was fine. Now it won’t stay synced with the app. I have done everything that Fitbit has suggested, but still nothing. Beyond frustrated and ready to throw it away.

Hi @Csmithhtgac , do you have the latest version of the Fitbit app? If not, update it and see if your problem is solved. If you have the latest version, try this:
1. Log out of your Fitbit app on your phone
2. Delete the Fitbit app without unpairing or deleting your Versa from the app
3. Restart your phone without BT being active
4. Reinstall Fitbit app and log in again
5. Start synchronisation manually and see if Fitbit app finds your Versa
6. If Fitbit finds your Versa, it will ask to enable BT and press YES.
7. Make also sure that after that within the Fitbit app continuous syncing and stay connected always are enabled, Erik
