My versa lite keeps losing time, I have searched the topic and tried all the suggestions Ive found such as disconnecting the Bluetooth, logging out of the app and then reconnecting, that does sync the watch and correct the time but by the next day its losing time again, I've also changed the clock face which bizarrely does work and the time was fine for around a week but has started losing time again, I rely on my watch alarm to keep my timings correct at work so really need it to constantly be in sync and the time to be correct any further suggestions would be greatly received. I've had the watch just over a year and can't afford to be buying a new one each year. Thanks

Welcome to the forum. First I would try restarting your Versa multiple times. Hold down the button for 10+ seconds until you see the Fitbit logo. Then do it again. If that doesn't correct the issue, then the next thing to try is a factory reset.
Fingers crossed that fixed your issue.

I have the same issues. I have tried everything recommended by you the on line help to no avail. My Fitbit is only 5 months old. I also rely on the watch for work, I'm very disappointed.

Well the switching it on and off didn't work, it actually ended up losing more time, Ive now done a factory reset in the hopes that will sort it but judging by another reply I'm not overly hopeful, thanks for the advice though

As I suspected, the factory reset didn't work, it loses time throughout the day and I now have to sync it all the time whereas I never had to previously. I'm definitely not the only person experiencing this issue and have to say its very disappointing after only a year of use so I'll be looking elsewhere for my next watch as I can't afford to fork out over £100 every year, if anyone else has any suggestions I'd be most grateful 😪

I am having the same problem. It didn’t start this till I the latest update. I spent last night reinstalling my Fitbit versa lite to my phone and updating it again and this morning it has lost time again. I am very disappointed. I have enjoyed my Fitbit and this is my second one. My first one lasted 3 years before the battery went dead. This one I’ve had only a little over a year. I don’t know what else to do.

I have been having the same issue as well. I woke up this morning and was 1hr 15 min off of real time. I have talked to customer service 4 times in the last 3 days. Very frustrating, haven't even had the watch 6 months. My wife got her Versa Lite before I got mine and she hasn't had a single issue with hers. I have followed all the steps I have seen on the 'community' bulletin boards and each step that customer service has given me, but it's not 'fixing' the issue.

I am having the same issue Android 11 Versa Lite bought late 2019 learn today about 1.5 months out of warranty and support has offered nothing but 35% discount off new device. This to me is not right, direct to Fitbit ownership, others are having the same issue lets get it fixed or is there a recall need in the works. Thanks for listening.

I’m having the exact same issue! After I sync my watch ( which seems to take a few attempts now) the time will be correct but it seems to start losing time almost immediately and continuously throughout the day. Very annoying as I bought a watch so I’d know what time is it! My Fitbit is only 8 months old. Fix this issue please! I’ve done all the reset and reboot tips to no avail.
