I bought an iPhone XS last week and my Versa Lite has been haywire ever since. I’ve lost all sleep scores. (I do get the simplified “naptime” reading, but no cores or details.) And my calorie tracker is nuts. I woke up yesterday having burned 3,300 calories in my sleep. (I wish!)
I’ve logged out. I’ve restarted my watch. I’ve unpaired and re-paired. My watch placement is exactly the same as always and I don’t use begin sleep now.
Customer Service said they just have bugs with this OS and there’s nothing to do, but my Mom has the exact same watch and phone and has no problems.
So, there must be a way. Does anyone else know how to fix this?

Hi there @McKay11, welcome to the Community Forums. I totally understand where you're coming from. Thanks for the details provided in your post and for taking the time to chat with our Support Team.
Please note that you do have syncing issues with iOS users running 13.4.4, 13.5, and 13.51. We’re currently working to resolve it and hope to have a fix soon.
However, I'd like to add some steps for you to try in case you haven't done them yet. So first of all, keep in mind that you must see sleep stages in order to see your sleep score information. Please swipe left on the Sleep Score graph, here you can see information about your weekly sleep average and sleep duration. To get more detailed information, see: What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?
If you are not receiving sleep stages, I recommend considering the following:
In addition, please check if your Versa Lite is giving you accurate heart rate readings during the day. If you notice any inaccuracy, see: What factos can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?
In regards to your calories, please make sure that your personal information has been entered accordingly. For more information, see: How does my Fitbit device calculate calories burned?
