Versa Lite no longer counting steps

Versa Light purchased in August no longer recognizing movement. Stopped counting steps and does not wake with arm movements.

Yes, have done the new firmware update. Tried Reset once. It was doing it before I did the update, no change after. New development, noticed it yesterday.

I did the factory reset this morning and reinstalled the tracker. I am still evaluating, but I still don’t think it is tracking steps correctly.  Still doesn’t wake upon arm movements.
