My versa lite is not getting charged can anyone let me know where i get it repaired in Hyderabad india?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Versa Lite is not charging. I understand your concern and I am here to help. Fitbit doesn't have any physical repair centers that can accommodate servicing or repairing your device. I recommend following our troubleshooting instructions including a restart from this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
