I just got my Fitbit Versa lite won’t count my steps, I think because I’m disabled and use a walker, is there a fix for that?

Hi @Jason0327, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Let me share with you that Fitbit devices use a 3-axis accelerometer to count your steps with your arms and legs movements. This sensor also allows your device to determine the frequency, duration, intensity, and patterns of your movement. Because you're using a walker, meaning that your arms aren't moving, your Versa Lite will have a hard time tracking your steps.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.
