Versa Lite not getting notifications

I'm using a one plus 6T and my versa Lite is synced in every way except I don't get my email or Whatsapp notifications. Everytime I uninstall the Fitbit app and install it again, it works fine for a while but after which it shows some error in the notification service. I have the "always synced" turned on and have given notification permissions to Fitbit too, based on a solution I found in this community, yet I face this issue. Should I get a replacement of the Fitbit?

I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts and the information that your watch is syncing with your OnePlus 6T phone. Usually a missing requirement is the cause and I recommend confirming the steps to set up notifications in this help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? Move on to the troubleshooting steps if the issue persists. 

 

I see that OnePlus 6T is not a supported device for the Fitbit app at this moment. If a device is not supported by the Fitbit app, it doesn't mean that it won't work with the app entirely, but rather that some of its functions might work intermittently. Our engineering team works really hard to keep up with every new phone and mobile device releases, so our customers can enjoy their devices to the fullest.
