Battery doesn’t last

I’ve had my versa for about 4 moths and my battery is lasting less than 12 hours I’ve restarted it and everything but nothing seems to be helping.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're experiencing with your Versa's battery draining faster than expected. Thank you for letting me know that you've had your device for about 4 months. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts and recommend doing the following: 

 

  1. Switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face. 
  2. Please confirm the steps you took to restart your device from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Charge the watch to 100% and use it like normal.
