Is the device you are trying to sync to a supported device?

@Corc welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa Lite since it's not getting text notifications.

 

In addition to the information that asked my friend @SunsetRunner, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article in the meantime and see if the issue gets fixed.
