Hi,

just got a new versa lite I’m receiving all of my notifications fine except for text messages? I’ve reset it so many times and changed all my notification settings but I still can’t get txt messages (when my phone is off).

 

Help!

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
