This is the second cycle I have been on and it hasn't registered any of my cycles my first cycle was 25 miles and my second cycle was 18 miles so in total that's 43 miles not registered, I'm losing the will to live with this Fitbit it's just problem after problem with it.

Hi @DerekMcFarlane, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite has not registered your distance accurately. I totally understand how you feel about this.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. Please reply to their email in case the issue persists and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
