My watch display is not working after it fall on floor ..it's new kindly solve my issue...I live in  city patna near boring road state bihar .. India.

Hi @Rv4, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 didn't turn on after it fell on the floor.

 

I would like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger.

 

In the meantime, restart your watch as described in this help article. After this, charge it for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
