Versa Lite not responding

Hi, I have Fitbit Versa Lite for 4mounts, recently 90% of the time its not responding. The button doesn't respond,the screen doesn't respond, cant swipe. Recently the versa logo appears for some time and then the watch is back. Anyone have the same problems, is there a way to fix this? Thanks

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the issue with your Versa Lite not responding most of the time. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? 
  2. Try to restart your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
