Hi, I got my versa lite 2 months ago however a couple days ago it stopped allowing my to swipe or tap, I tried restarting my holding the button but this didn’t fix the issue. I contact the Fitbit team but they are not very helpful in helping my solve the issue, giving me links to do a USB firmware update which do not work and factory reset - I have tried to reset it which it appears it has done but now won’t switch on! Any help would be appreciated!

Since you mentioned that you already tried the troubleshooting steps that our Support team shared, please reply to their last email and let them know that the issue persists. They'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.

@JuanJoFitbit - thank you for your response. I have now responded to the email and just awaiting the reply. I hope they can help as you can imagine i have quite frustrated as i have not had the device very long.
