Versa Lite not syncing/logging water

Hi all! I am having an issue with water logging on my new Versa Lite. I tried adding water on the device itself and it is stuck on the xx oz logged at xx time tile. it will not update to show my total intake on the device or show on the app that I added any water. If I add water on the app it shows on the graph on the device, but still doesn't give me a total intake. I have been reading different help articles on here and have tried the following... Restarting my device, restarting my phone, restarting the app, and my phone/device/app all have the latest update available. I've seen others having the same issue, but according to the articles it's been resolved. Please let me know if you have any other troubleshooting ideas!! Thank you!

@jensonwife It's nice to have you on board! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with logging your water on your Versa lite and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you sync your device while viewing the today area. Allow the app to show a successful sync, close the today area and access it again.
