Versa Lite not syncing nor receiving notifications

Can't force stop the Fitbit app so I can try their own remedy to get notifications on my Fitbit Versa Lite. It won't Bluetooth sync with my Galaxy S9+  Can't seem to get any answers from the help desk either.

I see where your frustration is coming from and thanks for the details shared and troubleshooting performed. I've seen you reached out to our Support team and they were addressing your concern. What happens when you try to force close the Fitbit app? Is your Versa Lite paired to your phone's Bluetooth?

No, support team was unable to get it to work and then they stopped messaging me. I try to Force Stop and the app says if I do it I could lose info, I press on and nothing happens. My Fitbit syncs my steps. My Bluetooth is on all the time on my phone. When it looks for Fitbit says it can't find even tho I'm holding both in my hand.

Thanks for the update. Since your Versa Lite is still having trouble syncing and getting notifications, my advice is to update your case with our Support team. Since the chat option was not good for you, please try calling them so they can look for a resolution.
