Versa Lite not syncing, stops Bluetooth function, Spotify won't hook up!!!

Super frustrated... After doing update my phone is not syncing on its own, keeps failing after a minute synced to Bluetooth as well as Spotify connection. Keeps telling my a phone restart is need for notifications to come to Fitbit..not getting emails,messages or phone calls to fit...I've done all trouble shooting OTHER THAN factory restart on device. Keep having Versa 2(classic) as a option to sync to Bluetooth with a PlayStation remote symbol beside it???? Need assistance, super frustrated!!!
