Versa Lite not syncing with iPhone 8+

Suddenly my Versa won’t sync. It used to do it, but not anymore.

 

-I have an Iphone 8 plus

-I already turn off and on my phone Bluetooth -Forced shut down the app an opened it again

-Restarted the watch and nothing

-Uninstalled and installed the app and nothing

-Restarted the phone and nothing

I did everything the troubleshooting says and nothing.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your iPhone that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
