I’ve been using my Fitbit since March 2020 for 7 months and in the last 2-3 weeks, it keeps telling me that my versa light is not discoverable. In the Fitbit app, I removed the device and installed it 2x. It worked for 5 days and the same problem happens again. I also tried forgetting the device in the Bluetooth option and reconnect again through the Fitbit app, but to no avail.
I’ve update my iPhone 8 to the latest iOS 14.2 and Fitbit app. It doesn’t seem to work for me at all. It’s hugely disappointing to know that this device does not even last for a year. Please advice and help!!!

Hello @leekhalice, welcome to the Community Forums.
First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation before posting over here, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your iOS mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.

Hi Ricardo, I tried your options above and it won’t work. I even deleted the device in my Fitbit app and tried to set it up again. The Bluetooth just won’t discover the watch even when I placed them side by side. It happens too many times. Please advice.
