Versa Lite not syncing with iPhone 8

My Fitbit has refused to work properly since my iPhone 8 got updated last week. My iPhone can’t connect via Bluetooth and vice versa. I’ve tried resetting both phone n watch several times. It also refuses to synch with phone, app working fine tho watch loses time etc

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Versa Lite. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

 

I would recommend setting up your Watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1636588647011.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

If you experience difficulties during the set up process, please follow these troubleshooting steps.

 

Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.50 iOS). For instructions how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".
