Hi everyone!
hoping for some help!
got a versa lite in January. It’s been working fine until last week. Now it’s not syncing. The time is constantly wrong. tried resetting in advanced settings, doesn’t work. The app isn’t acknowledging the device. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled at least three times. I’ve restarted the watch serval times. Forgot and paired the watch both to the app and Bluetooth settings on my iPhone 7 a few times now with no change!
very disappointed ☹️
any suggestions???

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
