Hi @Jenketterer1023, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa Lite since it stopped syncing with your phone. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your watch and see if it syncs properly.

I have tried everything! Unpaired it to my phone. Uninstalled the app. Factory reset. Reinstalled and now all I get is the "data not cleared sync and try again" screen.
This isn't even a year old and it's really frustrating!!
