my versa lite will sync for a few hours before I have to restart my phone to get it to sync...few times a day...which is not practical.
I've gone through all the steps advised to resolve this ...from rebooting phone clearing cache, deleting app and device etc. ..no change. Using Samsung A41...new phone ..fitbit new in February 2020...advice please thanks.

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. In the meantime, try the steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
Finally, monitor your watch during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
