Versa Lite not tracking like Fitbit Charge 2

I’ve been using my Versa Lite for a couple of months now and the steps it’s tracking are FAR LESS than my old Fitbit Charge2. I’ve increased activity but it severely underestimates my steps and forget the sleep tracking. That is showing I get about 3 hours of sleep a night! Can someone help me troubleshoot this? Thank you!

I'm sorry to see that you've been having trouble with accuracy of steps recorded. Thank you for sharing all this information. 

 

Before considering other options, could you please provide a few extra details about what you've been experiencing? Let me know if you're experiencing this behavior with a specific activity as well, or if you're seeing this during the day with regular use of the watch.

Hello and thank you for replying. The screen just went black - as I was going into another room. I can’t restart it because I can’t read anything on the screen it’s just black with a white light in the middle. Please tel me next steps. I miss my watch!

Hello @Dcelder12, thank you for your reply and for confirming that you're having trouble with the screen of your Versa Lite. 

 

Besides the restart procedure, make sure that you also try to change the clock face option, this has been helpful for many users experiencing something similar.
